Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy for standard items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Strict No-Return Policy on Customized Items

Customized & Personalized Jewelry: Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made and personalized pieces, these items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded unless there is an error on our part.
2. Eligibility (For Standard, Non-Custom Items Only)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Other Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
3. How to Start a Return (Standard Items Only)
To start a return, you must contact us first at tarikmasterjewelry@gmail.com.
Please note that approved returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Defective Items, Craftsmanship Errors & Customer Mistakes
We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but we understand mistakes can happen.

Our Mistake: If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will make it right immediately. We will either remake the piece for you or issue a full refund.

Customer Mistake on Custom Orders: If an error occurs on a customized piece due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong spelling, incorrect size selection), we cannot accept a return or refund. However, we want you to love your jewelry, so we will gladly offer you a special discount to remake the piece correctly.
5. Lost Shipments, Damages & Insurance
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If you purchased shipping insurance: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will work closely with you to manage and expedite the insurance claim process together.

If no additional insurance was purchased: The claim will be handled strictly according to the carrier’s standard shipping insurance regulations and limitations.
6. Exchanges

Standard Items: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customized & Personalized Items: We do not accept exchanges on personalized items. If you would like a different design, size, or metal after production has started or completed, it will be treated as a brand-new order.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if standard merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Please Note: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, this right DOES NOT apply to custom-made, customized, or personalized products.

8. Refunds

For Approved Returns (Standard Items): We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

For Craftsmanship Errors (Our Mistake): If a refund is approved due to an error on our part, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (regardless of whether a physical return was required).

Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at tarikmasterjewelry@gmail.com.
